Tooth Extraction with Extensive Caries under Fused Porcelain Crown Reconstruction of both jaws with zirconium implant-supported restoration

  1. The patient came to the clinic wishing to replace her metal-ceramic crowns, which were placed 15 years ago.
  1. After a check-up and X-ray examination, it turned out that most of the teeth under the crowns were destroyed and had to be extracted.
  1. We proposed treatment of the upper jaw according to the "All-on-4" protocol and partial implantation of the lower jaw with Nobel Parallel implants, followed by prosthetics.
  1. Four months after teeth extraction and immediate implantation, a zirconium restoration was fixed in the upper jaw with screw-retained four implants and ceramic restorations in the lower jaw supported by implants in the lateral areas and on own teeth in the anterior area.
