Rehabilitation of a patient with generalized moderate severity periodontitis
Diagnosis: generalised periodontitis, partial loss of teeth in the lower jaw, mobility of the remaining teeth of II-III degree.
Treatment Plan: it was agreed that the teeth would be removed, III stage of mobility, several teeth were left for the support of a temporary construction during the period of implant integation. We placed 8 dental implants with a subsequent manufacturing of a metal-ceramic construction using screw fixing.
A metal-ceramic structure is attached to the lower jaw. The lost shape of the gum in the lower jaw has been restored perfectly using a composite material.
Following the placement of prosthesis the patient is satisfied with the aesthetic and practical result of the treatment. The color and shape of the teeth has changed.
The patient is fully satisfied with the result of the treatment.
