During the training, we were introduced to the latest innovations in implantology, in particular, the advanced “All-on-4” and “All-on-6” protocols using Nobel Biocare implants. The main focus was on operations with patients, which allowed to see all stages of work – from planning to final prosthetics.

Course content:

1. Surgical protocols: All-on-4 and All-on-6:

  • performing operations in the format of live surgery;
  • features of planning the load on implants;
  • working with atrophied bone structures without bone grafting;
  • using dynamic navigation X Guide NXT for precise positioning of implants.

2. Prosthetics on implants using digital protocols:

  • using photogrammetry for precise positioning of multi-component prostheses;
  • digital protocol from the scanning stage to final prosthetics;
  • working with the Nobel Procera system, which allows obtaining high-precision frameworks and aesthetic structures.

Main conclusions and practical benefit:

  • increased accuracy and predictability in implant treatment thanks to digital technologies;
  • reduced treatment time, as photogrammetry and digital prosthetics minimize the need for multiple fittings;
  • expanded capabilities for working with completely edentulous patients without bone grafting, making treatment more accessible and less traumatic;
  • dynamic navigation significantly improves the accuracy of implant placement, especially in complex clinical cases.

The trip to the Dental Med Clinic in Wroclaw was a valuable experience and gave us the opportunity to obtain the latest technologies in the field of implantology and prosthetics. We plan to implement the knowledge and skills we have gained in clinical practice to improve the quality of treatment for our patients.
