Restoration of a maxillary central incisor using simultaneous implantation and soft tissue grafting
- The patient contacted the clinic complaining of a missing maxillary central incisor, lost due to trauma.
- During the initial examination, the patient's own tooth was fixed in the area of the missing tooth with the help of a fiberglass tape.
- Initially, after tooth extraction, severe alveolar socket atrophy and soft tissue deficiency were noted.
- During the one clinical visit, a Nobel Parallel dental implant was placed, a temporary crown was fabricated and cemented, and a soft tissue graft was performed to restore optimal gingival volume and contour
- Four months later, after completion of the osseointegration and soft tissue stabilization phase, the temporary crown was replaced with an individual zirconium abutment and a permanent ceramic crown, achieving a functional and highly aesthetic result.
