Excellent prosthetic result in a complex clinical case

1. The patient contacted us because of the unsatisfactory aesthetic appearance of her teeth. During clinical examination, it was noticed that the metal-ceramic restorations on the upper jaw did not fit the overall picture, were lifeless and had asymmetrical gingival zeniths.

1. Several teeth were missing on the left side of the bottom jaw, also there were multiple fillings and partial abrasion.

1. After discussing the treatment with the patient, it was decided to carry out sanitation of teeth in need, implantation of teeth number 35, 37 and prosthetics with zirconium crowns.

1. Prosthetics was carried out in several stages with fitting the prototype of the future teeth.

1. Before that, we made soft tissue correction and aligned the gingival zeniths.
