Rehabilitation of a patient with generalized moderate severity periodontitis
- Diagnosis: generalised periodontitis, partial loss of teeth in the lower jaw, mobility of the remaining teeth of II-III degree.
- Treatment Plan: it was agreed that the teeth would be removed, III stage of mobility, several teeth were left for the support of a temporary construction during the period of implant integation. We placed 8 dental implants with a subsequent manufacturing of a metal-ceramic construction using screw fixing.
- A metal-ceramic structure is attached to the lower jaw. The lost shape of the gum in the lower jaw has been restored perfectly using a composite material.
- Following the placement of prosthesis the patient is satisfied with the aesthetic and practical result of the treatment. The color and shape of the teeth has changed.
