Restoring a smile on the upper jaw with implants and full-zirconia structure

1. The patient contacted us with a request to improve the aesthetics of her smile and replace her old crowns.

1. Her desire was to regain her self-confidence and a natural smile.

1. After a thorough examination and CT scan analysis, we decided to extract all the teeth on the upper jaw and install six implants.

1. In one visit, a comprehensive procedure was performed: • tooth extraction; • installation of six implants; • soft tissue grafting; • temporary prosthetic restoration.

1. Four months later, after the implants had fully healed, we fabricated and fixed a full-zirconia non removable permanent structure, restoring the aesthetics, function, and harmony of her smile.

1. Today, the patient smiles joyfully again – easily, naturally and confidently.
