Prosthetics of front teeth with zirconia crowns after sport trauma
Many years ago, the patient got his teeth chipped due to a boxing injury. Later, endodontic treatment of 11, 22, 23 teeth was performed. The 22 tooth was replaced with a porcelain-fused-to-metal crown.
During the visit to our Clinic, the patient was not satisfied with the aesthetic result of treating the upper anterior teeth.
The main difficulty was that the 11, 21, 22, and 23 teeth differed from each other in color. Our task was to make ceramic restorations so that they did not differ in color and shape after cementation.
Also, the patient asked to recreate the teeth shape he had before the injury.
Our technician made zirconia crowns with ceramic reduction for 11, 22 teeth, an all-ceramic crown for 21 teeth, and a ceramic veneer for 23 teeth.
We have fulfilled all the wishes of the patient delivering an excellent aesthetic result.
