Complex smile reconstruction in 14 days

1. The Patient contacted the Сlinic with a desire to improve the aesthetics of her smile – to change the color and shape of her teeth, to make it harmonious and attractive.

1. During the clinical examination, crowding of the frontal group of teeth, rotation of separate teeth around the longitudinal axis and deep incisal overlap were revealed. These factors not only affected the appearance, but also created functional limitations.

1. It was proposed to perform a total reconstruction of the dentition using solid-anatomical zirconia crowns. Before starting work, we performed digital planning, including modeling of the future smile DSD (Digital Smile Design) which allowed us to take into account both aesthetic and functional parameters.

1. Since the Patient lives abroad and had a limited period of stay, all stages were carefully synchronized in order to complete the treatment within two weeks.

1. As a result, a renewed smile with a harmonious shape and color of teeth was obtained, the correct occlusal relationships were restored.

1. The Patient noted not only an improvement in appearance, but also comfort when chewing.
