Prosthetics by ceramic crowns with high smile line
The patient does not live in Ukraine. She had a short-term stay in Kyiv.
She asked to change the gingival smile line (a high smile line, when a smile exposes a lot of gum tissue) and to lower it with minor cosmetic surgery), to change the shape of the teeth, to expand the dental arch of both jaws and to make the color of the teeth much lighter.
In a short time, we performed soft-tissue correction to change the gingival smile line, prepared teeth for ceramic veneers and crowns, took impressions, and made temporary restorations.
Eight days later, the permanent ceramic veneers/crowns were fixed.
The patient was delighted with the result.
