The patient complained of an unpleasant look of dentitions and abrasions as a consequence of a pathological occlusion, congenital edentia (absence) of the left upper premolar. The patient previously underwent a restoration of the central incisors of the upper jaw. The patient declined to have an orthodontic treatment, but agreed to the orthopedic method. With the help of temporary acrylic restorations, the dentition was reconstruction, which resulted in the increased height of bite. Treatment duration - 3 months.
